How the Support Works

The therapeutic process is goal-oriented, tailored to the initial needs of the client and the topics discussed during the sessions. These goals may include:

  • Managing anxiety and depression

  • Emotional growth, maturity, and independence

  • Self-awareness

  • Developing communication and relationship skills

  • Enhancing self-awareness and choice-making

  • Building healthy relationships

  • Improving quality of life and mental health

  • Developing the ability to position oneself in life and assume roles and responsibilities more lightly and assertively

We begin with weekly online sessions, each lasting 50 minutes. As clients improve, gain more autonomy, and resolve their issues more easily, sessions can be spaced out to every other week. The support continues until the client no longer needs the sessions, and the process can be concluded.
